How to claim your refund:

  1. Get in touch with our Customer Service through chat, email, or phone.
  2. Provide the necessary documents showing the IDP was rejected.
  3. Receive your full refund within 5 business days.

Eligible Cases:

  • Rejection by car rental companies (with supporting documentation)
  • Rejection by traffic authorities in listed countries (with supporting documentation)
  • Claims made within three (3) years from the date of order

  • We promise to deliver your Digital IDP within two (2) hours, or within twenty (20) minutes with express processing.
  • If we fail to meet these delivery times, you are entitled to a full refund.

Unlimited Free Replacements

Shipping Upgrades or Address Changes

30-Day Refund Policy

You can cancel your IDP application within two (2) hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • A 15% fee for printing and handling will apply for cancellations made after this grace period.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
  • Priority processing fees are non-refundable.

This refund policy applies to orders that have not been rejected by traffic authorities. Refunds also apply to orders without documented evidence of rejection by traffic authorities or car rental agencies.

Additional Refund Conditions

  • If you order a Digital+Print version and only need the Digital version after the Digital has been processed, we will refund the difference.
  • Priority processing fees are non-refundable.
  • If your IDP has been shipped and you request a refund, the shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
